Green coloured olive oil, fading into yellow and lightly veiled. Its scent remind to fresh olives, with interesting aftertastes: wild fields grass and green tomato. The taste is characterized by vegetables scents, delicate spicyness and balanced bitter nuances. Thanks to its soft and gentle taste, it can be easily accompanied with fish, white meat and legumes.
