“…Hic Sunt Leones”

We wanted to make the strong connection between our distillery and the land of the EUGANEAN HILLS clear with this symbol. Certainly, in Italy, there are a large number of valuable areas where high quality wine is produced. But our roots in the Euganean Hills allow us to have in our distillery only fresh, soft marc still full of its vinous scent. We chose the land of the Euganean Hills and accepted all its virtues and even its faults and imperfections.

Our dream, not a secret one, is to make our grappa the symbol of the Euganean Hills. We work on this with great passion and experience, but, without the contribution of our excellent producers that supply us with first quality material, we wouldn’t be able to achieve such good results.
